On this trip Wildpix lets you discover the raw and unprecedented Guatemala. The small country in central America where eco-tourism is just starting and of course we are the first to be there. Be surprised by this beautiful unprecedented region.
You make an adventurous but perfectly organized trip through the whole country, from volcanoes to real wild jungle, from mangrove forests to paradise islands in the sea. It is truly a wonderful mix of all kinds of biotopes with of course everything focused on photography.
As always, we also have super opportunities here with photo huts for fantastic species. But also photo sessions from boats, jeeps and much more. You go looking for big cats like Puma and Jaguar, but also incredible birds like the Quetzal, the national symbol of Guatemala, and perhaps one of the most beautiful birds in the world.

TRACKING DOWN PUMA, JAGUAR AND OCELOT
The jungle of Guatemala is home to some of the most beautiful felines. The areas we visit have beautiful populations of Puma's and Ocelots. And of course we do everything we can to get them for the cabins, but as you know, that is luck. The local guides follow the animals closely with wildcams and the proof that the animals are also active during the day is there. And then of course there is the king of the jungle, the Jaguar. We are looking for him but that is understandably very difficult, especially since it is mainly a nocturnal animal. But no effort is too much and the chances are real.

What if I have to cancel my trip?
In case of cancellation you should always inform us as soon as possible. Since we also have to pay cancellation costs with our partners, we can also pay a cancellation fee in some cases.
